The 19th AAAI Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Interactive Digital Entertainment (AIIDE-23) is the next in an annual series of conferences showcasing interdisciplinary research on modeling, developing, and evaluating artificial intelligence in interactive digital entertainment. AIIDE-23 provides a meeting place for AI researchers, scholars, and practitioners to discuss the latest advances in entertainment-focused AI.
AIIDE is one of the flagship conferences of the Association for the Advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AAAI).
Novelties for AIIDE-23
Special theme: Oh, the Humanity!
Last year’s Software and Practitioner Tracks have been reorganized into two tracks: Case Studies and Interactives, each with their own unique call
Papers are now allotted nine (9) pages of content, excluding references
Pages may be allocated to primary content or appendices at the discretion of the authors
There is no limit to the number of references, regardless of submission type
Authors of papers submitted to the conference may be called on to assist with reviewing papers
All authors are expected to participate in reviewing if asked to do so.
If you are an author and are not able to serve as a reviewer, you must provide an explanation of the special circumstances that prevent you from reviewing.
Code of Conduct
AAAI Code of Conduct for Events & Conferences
All persons, organizations and entities that attend AAAI conferences and events are subject to the standards of conduct set forth on the AAAI Code of Conduct for Events and Conferences.
REGISTRATION FEES
The AIIDE-23 technical conference registration fee includes admission to all technical paper sessions, invited talks, and access to the electronic AIIDE-23 proceedings.
Refund Requests
The deadline for refund requests is September 7, 2023. All refund requests must be made in writing to aiidereg@aaai.org. A $50.00 processing fee will be assessed for all refunds.
Visa Information
Letters of invitation can be requested by accepted AIIDE-23 authors or registrants with a completed registration with payment. You can access the visa letter form via the link in your registration confirmation email.
