The 21th AAAI Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Interactive Digital Entertainment (AIIDE-25) will be held November 10-14, 2025 in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada and will focus on the theme of "Strong Foundations"
AIIDE-25 is the next in an annual series of conferences showcasing interdisciplinary research on modeling, developing, and evaluating artificial intelligence in interactive digital entertainment. AIIDE-25 provides a meeting place for AI researchers, scholars, and practitioners to discuss the latest advances in entertainment-focused AI.
AIIDE is one of the flagship conferences of the Association for the Advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AAAI).
Presentation Registration Policy
At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the main conference to present their work in person. Remote presentation of accepted papers is not permitted except in the case of unforeseen circumstances.

All persons, organizations and entities that attend AAAI conferences and events are subject to the standards of conduct set forth on the AAAI Code of Conduct for Events and Conferences.
REGISTRATION FEES
The AIIDE-25 technical conference registration fee includes admission to all technical paper sessions, invited talks, and access to the electronic AIIDE-25 proceedings.
Refund Requests
The deadline for refund requests is October 10, 2025. All refund requests must be made in writing to aiide@aaai.org. A $50.00 processing fee will be assessed for all refunds.

Letters of invitation can be requested by accepted AIIDE-25 authors or registrants with a completed registration with payment. You can access the visa letter form via the link in your registration confirmation email.
