The 22nd AAAI Conference of Artificial Intelligence and Interactive Digital Entertainment (AIIDE 2026) is the next in an annual series of conferences showcasing interdisciplinary research on modeling, developing and evaluating artificial intelligence in interactive digital entertainment. AIIDE 2026 provides a meeting place for AI researchers, scholars, and practitioners to discuss the latest advances in entertainment-focused AI.
AIIDE is one of the flagship conferences of the Association for the Advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AAAI).
Presentation Registration Policy
At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the main conference to present their work in person. Remote presentation of accepted papers is not permitted except in the case of unforeseen circumstances.
Code of Conduct
AAAI Code of Conduct for Events & Conferences
All persons, organizations and entities that attend AAAI conferences and events are subject to the standards of conduct set forth on the AAAI Code of Conduct for Events and Conferences.
REGISTRATION FEES
The AIIDE-26 technical conference registration fee includes admission to all technical paper sessions, invited talks, and access to the electronic AIIDE-26 proceedings.
Refund Requests
The deadline for refund requests is October 9, 2026. All refund requests must be made in writing to aiide@aaai.org. A $50.00 processing fee will be assessed for all refunds.
Visa Information
Letters of invitation can be requested by accepted AIIDE-26 authors or registrants with a completed registration with payment. You can access the visa letter form via the link in your registration confirmation email.
Brazil requires travelers holding passports from the US, Canada, Australia, and China to obtain a Visitor Visa (VIVIS) prior to travel. Eligible travelers may complete this process online through Brazil's e-Visa system.
